Summary of Benefits for Flexible Staff Employees

Semper offers a complete and competitive benefits package to our qualified workers who work directly for us (some classes of workers are excluded). Please contact HR at HR@Semperllc.com to determine your status and for current plan information. The benefit package can change without notice. This package includes:

Health & Dental Insurance Package

You must work 240 hours in the previous two months in order to qualify. Once eligible, an enrollment package will be mailed to you with plan options, pricing and instructions. If you choose to enroll, your share of the premium will be deducted weekly from your paycheck.

Semper will contribute part of the premium as long as you meet the eligibility requirements. We offer you 3 health plans and 1 dental plan to choose from.

Dental is provided through Blue Cross Blue Shield

The medical options offered are all Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliant.

  • MEC – Minimum Essential Coverage offered through The Loomis Company
  • MEC Plus – Minimum Essential Coverage Plus Enhancements offered through The Loomis Company
  • Minimum Value Plan (Catastrophic Plan) offered through Blue Cross Blue Shield

Section 125 Cafeteria Plan

Pay your insurance premiums with pre-tax dollars and reduce your taxes.

Holiday Pay

Holidays observed are: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Semper will issue you $75 Holiday Pay through payroll the week following the holiday.

Eligibility requirements for those who work directly for us: You must have worked 1800 hours in the previous 52-week period. You must have worked the week of the holiday.
